By downloading or using Couplio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The App

Couplio is a private relationship journal for couples. It allows you to record shared events, important dates, photos, and locations together with your partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use Couplio. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person.

4. Premium Subscription

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
No refund will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to you and your connected partner. You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Apple's standard EULA where applicable.
